As Senior Managing Partner of FP&A, Tracie Lewis brings over 20 years of mortgage finance, analysis, data management, and report development expertise to Mortgage Advisory Partners.
With a passion for numbers and analytics, Tracie has an unparalleled ability to develop financial and analytical models at various levels of granularity to drive operational and transactional insights, as well as construct impactful reports and presentations that enhance key stakeholders’ understanding of business trends and drivers.
Prior to joining Mortgage Advisory Partners, Tracie was SVP of Finance for Closing Mark Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of William Lyon Homes, where she was responsible for leading financial modeling and analysis for the financial services division. Tracie has also held senior leadership positions in Finance at CBRE, Stearns Lending, MetLife Home Loans, and Bank of America where she was responsible for multi-business unit financial planning and analysis in mortgage lending and commercial real estate. Her experience encompasses all channels of mortgage lending, including third-party originations, Distributed Retail, Direct to Consumer, and Joint Venture partnerships.
Tracie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Riverside. Tracie is Principal of IKS Consulting, in addition to her role at Mortgage Advisory Partners.
