Maria Elena Jaimes has a proven track record in the mortgage industry with 30 years of experience in sales, developing training curriculum, and speaking to colleagues and audiences across the country.
Maria Elena is an effective and engaging speaker in a variety of formal presentation settings one on one, small and large groups. She has 30 years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries. She has received countless accolades for her training skills. In addition to her expertise in learning and development, her extensive sales background in mortgage and real estate sales gives her a unique advantage in connecting with her audience and in delivering effective and relevant training.
Prior to joining Mortgage Advisory Partners, Maria Elena has held leadership roles in learning and development including Senior Director of Learning & Development at Homepoint Financial, and AVP of Sales Training at Steans Lending where she was instrumental in developing a proven sales training curriculum for the Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Direct and Joint Venture divisions and trained over 950 mortgage professionals nationwide.
Maria Elena is Principal of JAI Consulting in addition to her role at Mortgage Advisory Partners.
