Mortgage Advisory Partners’ Managing Director of Program Management, Denise Abbrederis, is known for her collaborative leadership style and solutions-oriented approach.
She uses her passion to build partnerships and create synergy in the workplace. Abbrederis’ focus is leading through strategic planning, development of plans, and execution with a focus on people, processes, technology, and customer support in highly regulated environments. The results of her work have led to more effective operating models, cost reductions, compliant frameworks, new products, and increased revenue.
Prior to joining Mortgage Advisory Partners, Abbrederis has held leadership roles that include leading the Project Management Office at Kind Lending, which included Joint Venture implementations, large complex Vendor and Technology Implementations, Digital Product Development, and Vendor Management. Prior, she led the Project Management Office at USAA for all Bank Transformation Programs. At Stearns Lending, she led the Project Management Office, contributing to numerous projects to include integrations for Joint Ventures, Preferred Partnerships, and Business Technology roadmaps. At CoreLogic, she led Enterprise Strategies Program Management to include numerous M&A’s, Business Transformations, Joint Ventures, and Product Re-platforms and launches. Abbrederis has also held roles at Bank of America, Countrywide, and CitiMortgage.
