Blythe Hughes

Blythe Hughes is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in mortgage banking, financial services, mortgage banking, technology, technology and business services and insurance.

Over this time, she has leveraged her expertise and collaborative approach to all aspects of Human Resources and Corporate Administration functions.

Blythe has held senior leadership positions at Stearns Lending, MetLife Bank, Countrywide Financial, Nortel Networks, EDS and Life Insurance Company of the Southwest. She has also provided consulting services and advice for a wide range of companies in a variety of human resources topics, primarily focused on strategic leadership and business growth. Her extensive experience includes executive and leadership coaching, strategic planning, human capital management, compensation design and planning, culture management, project management, M&A planning and execution, divestitures, marketing, and corporate communications.

Blythe is Principal of Hughes Consulting, in addition to her role at Mortgage Advisory Partners.
